MERO Consulting Inc is a Pennsylvania S Corporation founded in July 2018. We focus on cloud native modernization, full stack engineering, and complex systems integration for commercial and federal customers.
The firm is intentionally lean. The principal scopes the engagement, designs the system, writes the code, and operates the result. There is no B team and no resource swap after kickoff.

Rob McMonigal, Owner and Principal Architect. Twenty five plus years in software engineering across commercial and government domains. US Navy veteran.

How we work
- Senior led, end to end. The senior architect on the engagement is the senior architect on every meeting and every commit. Same senior, same team, start to finish.
- Production migrations, not pilots. We currently ship production .NET 4.x to .NET 8 / .NET 10 migrations on Azure for paying commercial clients. Modernization is the bulk of what we do.
- Right tool for the project. Angular, React, Svelte, .NET Core, Node, Python. Frameworks chosen for the problem, not the resume.
- Own the operation. We don't just stand up cloud infrastructure and hand it off. We operate it in production for clients today.
